down town Gurukul recently celebrated the 2nd day of HealthCamp with extensive dental and eyecare program, aimed at students from study Center 1 to Study Center 8.
This initiative highlights the importance of early health education and preventive care, focusing on two critical aspects of children’s health dental and vision care.
The event featured a series of interactive workshops and check-up sessions led by professional dentists and Opthalmologist. The dental care segment, students learned about proper brushing techniques, the importance of flossing, and the impact of diet on oral health. In the eye care segment, students were educated on the importance of regular eye check-ups, the impact of screen time on vision, and tips for maintaining eye health, such as the 20-20-20 rule.
Overall, down town Gurukul's dental and eye care health camp was a resounding success showing a community-wide emphasis on preventive health care and establishing a foundation for lifelong healthy habits in the young students.
